The dual training lasts three years, although you can reduce the duration of the training to 2.5 years under certain conditions. The constant alternation between the vocational school at the OSZ Banken, Immobilien und Versicherungen and the training in our company enables you to quickly put the theoretical knowledge from the vocational school into practice. In our training, you will get to know the different and exciting tasks of an insurance broker and gain insights into the ongoing support of clients. You will also acquire skills in the area of advising on insurance products and in processing insurance contracts as well as benefit and claims cases.

Requirements:

• Secondary school leaving certificate, entrance qualification for a technical college or A-levels.
• Good and clear oral and written communication skills
• Social competence
• Good communication skills
• Commitment, motivation and willingness to learn
